Underpinning

Many houses across Melbourne require underpinning to stabilise the foundations. There are many reasons your property may be cracking, sinking or leaning. Many of these problems are due to:

Sandy subsoils or extremely wet conditions may need the further reinforcement of steel piles that aredriven down deep under the foundations to a solid base to help support the foundations.
